Deep, Strong Massage. The foot and calf is a bit too strong for my liking. Helps to put on layers of socks on for this case.

I originally purchased an Osaki Chair, back in November 2021, however I still have not received it. I contacted them, but they couldn't help me! SO FINALLY I decided to find a different company. Theramedic has been so helpful and kind about the process. They helped me with all my questions without getting frustrated. I just want to make sure I am purchasing the correct product for the amount of money I will be spending!

This massage chair is amazing! There’s so many different features that you’ll never get bored. I love the Zero Gravity, Heat feature, Bluetooth music (I listen to relaxing massage music on YouTube) and especially all the great massage choices. “Relaxing Nap” is my favorite auto program. I like a nice massage that’s not too strong (or painful) and this one delivers perfectly! I’ve spent several hours trying out every program and the different features. This chair tends to be a more aggressive massage, but if you go into manual settings and choose: Airbags: Back & waist, setting 3…it will turn off the airbags that squeeze too hard. You can customize that for every program and I love that. Besides the “12 Auto programs,” the manual setting has great choices too. Kneading is my favorite. If you find the absolute perfect massage movement, you can do Manual: Part: Partial (or Point) and it will replicate that movement until you tell it to stop. They’ve thought of everything when designing this chair. There’s a few layers of padding that can be removed from the back of the chair if the massage isn’t strong enough for you. It’s nice that you can adjust that to meet your needs. Overall, I highly recommend this chair. It takes experimenting with it to figure out what settings you prefer most, but it’s so worth it. I’ve had this chair since Oct 23, 2021 and I use it almost every day!

Excellent I bought this during the black friday sale and finally received it about a week ago. Wanted to test it out before I left a review. The chair is very sturdy, I have to admit I'm 300 lbs 6 foot. I've been looking for a chair that is built to fit my frame to finally relax in, and I think I found the one.

Bad back to good back I used to wake up with tremendous lower back pain. After using Theramedic 4D LT, pain is much better! I'm amazed at what 30-min massage everyday could do for you. I wake up refreshed, ready to take on the day. You can pick any massage for your needs. I usually go for the Yoga Stretch You can also change the intensity level that changes how far the roller sticks out from the seat. The chair is very big, over 300lbs, I recommend purchasing the white glove option.

Good Really Strong Massage

Everything I was looking for! Very Impressed I had an old Panasonic massage chair for many years and it finally went out on me. I researched the best massage chairs on the market, and traveled quite a few different places to try them out. I found this site, and had many conversations with Jason. Based on what I was wanting from my chair, he said that this was the best option for me and he wasn't kidding! Since the chair arrived, someone is in it at my house at all times whether it's my kids or my wife. We're very happy with this model and you've made a believer out of BOTH my wife and I.

All the features I need I love high end product and this chair is one that I've been looking for. Price is pretty good compared with other brands with the same technology and features. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Fantastic Chair I have used 3 massage chairs for last 10 years. They were all different brands. I chose to purchase this chair on September 12th, and received it on September 24th.
