Returns & Exchanges

1. Any returns within 30 days of purchase for whatever reason, shipping costs outbound and inbound will be paid by the customer.
2. For all returning merchandise you must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) authorized by us.
3. Customers will be responsible for both, the original delivery and the return shipping charges. **This applies to cancellations if the order has been shipped**
4. The product being returned must have all the original packaging and be in new resalable condition.

Easy Return

1. Send us an email to request your RMA number. 
2. You can also call us to expedite this process at 888-327-3600.
3. Returning merchandise must have a copy of your invoice, and RMA written on the box of the return merchandise.
4. Choose the shipping company of your choice for return or call us to get a designated shipping company.
5. Email us with the tracking number of the returning merchandise.
6. Product/merchandise must be insured for the possibility of damage/getting lost.

For all massage chairs we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Customers will only be responsible for the shipping costs from and to our facility. We do not charge a restocking fee. No refunds after 30 days.
