There are shipping charges for delivery and return. Please refer to our return policy.
We make every effort to insure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Please report any initial defects within 5 days of order receipt for prompt replacement.
Also, please report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier immediately. We cannot be held responsible for damages of losses incurred in transit once the item has been delivered. You must note damages on the Proof of Delivery or paper work given by the shipping carrier.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. With the Authorization (RMA #) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. You may use a shipping company of your choice; otherwise, Titanchair.com can provide you with our shipping service.
